Resolution of Grievance

Within seven working days following the hearing, there shall be a written report given to the Vice President forStudents or President’s Designee (with a copy to the President, the Grievant, and each Respondent) of the findings of the Chairperson of the Hearing Committee, and the report shall contain at least the following:

  1. Date and place of the hearing;
  2. The name of each member of the Hearing Committee;
  3. A list of all witnesses for all parties to the grievance;
  4. Findings of facts relevant to the grievance;
  5. Conclusions of law, regulations, or policy relevant to the grievance; and
  6. Recommendation(s) arising from the grievance and the hearing thereon.
