FLT 281 : Flight Instructor, Initial Issuance

This laboratory is designed to complete the knowledge and experience required for initial certification as a Flight Instructor through review of previously learned maneuvers and procedures and practice teaching of required maneuvers. Included are a review of all required private and commercial flight maneuvers and procedures correlated with instructional procedures, regulations, aerodynamics, and practice flight and ground instruction. Upon completion, students will demonstrate through flight tests and successfully accumulated flight experience that they meet or exceed FAA practical test standards for initial issuance of an initial FAA Flight Instructor Certificate.
