Dual Enrollment/Dual Credit allows eligible high school students to enroll in college classes concurrently with high school classes, either on the college campus, online, or at the high school, and receive both high school and college credit, provided the student is in grades ten, eleven, or twelve; has the required grade point average; and has written approval of the Principal and Superintendent.
All Dual Enrollment students must complete an application for admission, submit a copy of a photo ID, and meet college assessment requirements prior to beginning their 12th grade year or enrolling in English or math courses. See General Admission Procedures, items 1, 4, 5, and 6 for specific information.
All students participating in accelerated coursework are considered Wallace State Community College students and are bound by the rules, regulations, and policies of the College and the Alabama Community College System Board of Trustees.
